My greatest ally in health and wellness.

Lately my greatest ally has been Thieves. I am happy to report that I haven’t gotten sick at all this season (or really at all this year), and I religiously take a drop of Thieves every day. I also always have it diffusing in our home when we have friends come over. It protects the health of all of us. A study at Weber University found that after diffusing Thieves for just ten minutes, 99.6% of airborne bacteria are killed. After 20 minutes, that number jumps up to a whopping 99.99%. (You can find the study here, page 41, if you are interested.) Sometimes it’s easy to overlook oils such as Thieves, but I really want to highlight this powerful ally.
