Let’s focus on and learn from our beloved trees. We will anoint ourselves with tree oils such as Cedarwood and Idaho Grand Fir, amongst others, and focus on grounding, centering, rooting, and expanding. We can all probably use a lesson in being more like the trees; let's let our oil allies lead us.
